Expocontact'15 is one of the most important events on BPO and customer service nationwide, where Kronotek has presented new functionalities inbound and analyzed the changes produced by technology cloud in companies, during a conference.

La Omni Channel in customer service has been the central axis of the professional meeting, Expocontact'15, where Grupo Viatek has been present through its brand specialized in cloud communication management systems, Kronotek. This participation is motivated by the Group's commitment to customer orientation and the new technological developments that make it easier for companies to offer differentiated customer service.

The event took place on May 27 and 28 at the NH Collection Eurobuilding in Madrid and was attended by managers from important companies in the ICT sector such as BT, Oracle, Avaya, among others. It is an initiative of Konecta Group.
